Maple Ginger Grainless Granola

Ingredients:

1 cup slivered almond
1 1/2 cups walnuts
1 cup pecans
1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
1/2 cup coconut flakes
1/4 cup coconut 
1/3 cup maple
1 tsp powdered ginger
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Pinch of salt 

Directions:

Preheat oven to 325.
Add almonds, walnuts, pecans, pumpkin seeds and coconut flakes to a medium bowl. 
In a small glass bowl, whisk together remaining ingredients and pour over the nuts and seeds. Stir well. 
Transfer granola mixture to a baking sheet and spread into a thin layer. 
Bake for 30 minutes, flipping halfway through. 
Allow to cool and store in an airtight container for 7-10 days.
